What's the etiquette for fixing someone else's mod?

The Fallout NPC Mod wasn't working right (at least on the Steam version) either standalone or bundled in Fixt. (Tycho was leveling to 2 at PC8 instead of 4, Katja at PC9, and neither would level to 3.)
I've fixed it for Fixt 0.81a
Neither of the mod authors has been online in 2 years.

What's the etiquette for uploading the new scripts?

This entire forum is completely dead, isn't it? The last post was 300 pages of spam 4 days ago in General Discussion and it hasn't even been cleaned up.

    Anyway, link to fixed scripts:

    https://www.filehosting.org/file/det...xt%20fixes.zip

Put them in your DATA/SCRIPTS folder.

Note this is for Fixt only. Fixt changed the global variables (and some other things) so this won't fix the standalone NPC Mod 3.5.
